Car reservation:

Obligations of the customer:

Warranties and costs:
- The rental price will be paid in full for the entire rental period.
- A deposit will be left in the amount indicated on the website at the time of booking. The deposit is returned when the customer returns the car.
- The car prices indicated on the site are only valid for online reservations.
- Payment is made in cash, credit card or bank transfer at the NBM exchange rate.
- Picking up and handing over the car according to the working hours Monday – Saturday, 08:30 – 17:30 is free.
- Picking up and handing over the car outside working hours Monday – Saturday, 08:30 – 17:30 including Sunday will pay a fee of 20 euros.
- The customer bears all costs resulting from non-compliance with traffic rules, intoxicated or under the influence of narcotic substances, cncluding accidents that were premeditated.
- For additional services such as GPS, child seat, second driver, an additional fee of 3 euros/day is paid.
- The company is not responsible for fines and penalties caused by the customer during the entire rental period.

Deposit:

The deposit for the rented car is from 100 euros to 300 euros, regardless of the category of the chosen car or the age of the driver’s license.
- For permanent customers, the deposit is 100 euros or even 0 euros.
